Online Event Tickets and Registrations
(ALL SALES ARE FINAL) We’re sorry,  no-shows are eligible for refunds. 
KLEAN may, at its sole discretion, choose to cancel an event due to low attendance or other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, we will notify you via the listed email address and/or telephone number provided at registration. KLEAN will transfer all registrations for a future event date in this case.
 
Event Registration Payment and Cancellation Policy

To secure registration, all fees must be paid no later than 7 business days after event acceptance to the scheduled event. Any unpaid registrations after such time will be cancelled, and individuals will be required to re-register  with payment provided immediately to attend the event. No refunds will be granted.

Product Return Policy

All Sales are Final

In order to be eligible for an exchange, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase (You are responsible for packaging and shipping costs). The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect the product and process your exchange.
