As we approach the event, we are doing all the prep work to make sure this event runs as smoothly as possible. Please make sure you read this email and clearly understand the check in, set up and break down process. The uniqueness of this event and safety regulations means that everyone must follow the process. Failure to follow rules, poor conduct or non compliance to responsible requests can result in the exhibitors or vendor being removed from the event.

Remember- this is an outdoor event. If you’re bringing a canopy (highly recommend) you must bring weights to avoid flying canopies if the wind picks up. Other than that, being an outside event, it’ll be a laid back family friendly event.
